TruBridge respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you may provide in the course of using TruBridge’s website, www.TruBridge.com. This privacy policy explains how TruBridge treats personal information submitted by users of TruBridge’s website.

Personal Information Collected: TruBridge collects a limited amount of personal information such as a person’s name, hospital name, mailing address, email address and telephone number. Personal information is submitted by website users through forms to fulfill requests for information, to create user accounts for the optional User Area and National Association of TruBridge Clients (NACC) User Community Website available on TruBridge’s website and to identify designated hospital contacts. TruBridge’s website is not intended for use by children and TruBridge does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

Other Information Collected: TruBridge’s website uses “cookies” to provide TruBridge with feedback on visitor use of the website and identify areas in which the site may be improved. Cookies are small data files that are stored on your computer to identify your computer for TruBridge’s website. The cookies used by TruBridge’s website do not collect any personal information.

TruBridge Use of Personal Information: Personal information collected on TruBridge’s website in response to a request for information is used to fulfill the specific request. Personal information collected on TruBridge’s website in the User Area and the NACC User Community Website is used to maintain user accounts and provide timely information about TruBridge products, services and events that may be of interest to the account holders and/or hospital contacts.

Sharing/Updating of Personal Information: In general, it is TruBridge’s policy to not make personal information collected through TruBridge’s website available to third parties. TruBridge may, however, disclose personal information collected on TruBridge’s website in special cases when we reasonably believe such disclosure would be of value to our customers or is required by law. Each individual hospital’s contacts identified in the User Area of TruBridge’s website are available to TruBridge and members of that hospital’s staff who are authorized by the hospital to access the User Area. Hospital contacts are reviewed and updated by TruBridge on a quarterly basis and individuals may notify TruBridge of contact changes through the website, by email or by calling TruBridge. The NACC User Community Website is only available to TruBridge and TruBridge customers who are also members of the NACC. The NACC User Community Website is intended to provide a forum for discussion, collaboration and networking and, to that end, provides community members with access to, at minimum, the name and hospital of fellow community members. Community members maintain their account’s user profile and have the option to share additional personal information if they desire to do so.

Security: TruBridge employs appropriate security measures to protect the personal information collected on TruBridge’s website. Such security measures include technical, physical and administrative controls over access to the personal information. While TruBridge takes steps to mitigate security risks, it must be understood that there are security risks inherent to use of the Internet that are outside of TruBridge’s ability to control and TruBridge cannot guarantee that personal information collected on TruBridge’s website will be absolutely safe from intrusion. Individuals who use TruBridge’s website should do their part to protect their personal information by safeguarding passwords and logging off completely when finished using website accounts. Third Party Links: TruBridge’s website may include links to other third party sites to provide access to additional information; however, this privacy policy does not apply to any third party sites that may be linked to TruBridge’s website.
