The results from the Interim HFMA Peer Review Survey that was completed in October 2019 reaffirmed that the RCM’s performance continues to meet HFMA’s strict Peer Review criteria. The TruBridge RCM not only maintained the “Peer Reviewed by HFMA®” designation, but scored even better than it did in the 2017 survey results.
The survey results for TruBridge’s RCM significantly exceeded that of its peer group:
- 93% of respondents strongly agreed they “Would Recommend the Product to Colleagues,” compared to the highest vendor average of 76%.
- 93% of respondents reported the product “Exceeded Expectations,” compared to the highest vendor average of 59%.
