Chris joined CPSI in 2000, working in various roles until 2008, when he was named Vice President of Business Services. In 2013, this division became a CPSI subsidiary, TruBridge, LLC, and he was named President. He became Chief Operating Officer of CPSI in 2015. In 2022, Chris was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and joined the CPSI Board of Directors. Chris graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
David Dye, Chief Operating Officer joined CPSI in 1990. David currently serves on the company’s Board of Directors and was Chairman of the Board from 2006-2018. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, he served in several other executive positions, most recently, Chief Growth Officer. From 1999-2006, David served as President and CEO and the position of CFO from 2010-2015. David graduated from the University of the South with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Matt has been with CPSI since March of 2012. He previously served as Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to joining CPSI, Matt was the Accounting Manager for an over 800-bed hospital system based in Atlanta, Georgia and an Audit Manager in the Atlanta offices of Grant Thornton, LLP. Matt graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting and received his Masters of Accountancy from the University of Georgia. He is also a certified public accountant.
Tracey joined CPSI in 2016 following the acquisition of Healthland. Tracey has been a leader in the community healthcare IT space since 2007 where she served as the Senior Vice President at Healthland from 2007-2016. Prior to her time with Healthland, Tracey has held various marketing leadership roles, including Director of Marketing with Lawson Software. Tracey graduated from Minnesota State University - Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business.
Wes Cronkite joined CPSI in 2021 and is currently Chief Technology & Innovation Officer. He has been a leader in the technology industry for many years, driving innovation and digital transformation for companies such as nThrive, IBM and, most recently, BrightSpring Health Services. He earned his BA in Management Information Systems and his MBA in Management from Seton Hall University. In May of 2022, Wes earned his Master of Liberal Arts, Information Management Systems, from Harvard University.
Amaris McComas leads our people team, which builds and inspires employee engagement while shaping a culture that represents employees’ voices. They are central to the transformation journey that’s leading CPSI to deliver digital innovation and accelerated growth. An HR visionary focused on results, Amaris brings extensive strategic experience, including system implementations, M&A integrations, organizational development, hiring and retention, change management, diversity inclusion, affirmative action, learning and client management. A graduate of Emory University with a BA in sociology, Amaris is Board Chair of Veterans Bridge Home. She received the Diversity Ambassador Award for increasing awareness and education in recruitment related to Affirmative Action twice.
Patrick joined CPSI in 1993 and currently leads our Transformation Management Office which helps guide and support the company growth strategy. Other positions held throughout his career include Senior Vice President, TruBridge; Senior Vice President, Information Technology Services; and Director of System Services. Patrick graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. in Operations Management.
Dawn serves as Chief Sales Officer for CPSI. Her experience in the industry spans over 25 years, starting as a Director of Finance at a community healthcare system in Minnesota. Dawn's experience managing the revenue cycle operations early on and seeing firsthand the struggles faced in healthcare delivery then and today, led to a career dedicated to providing the best technology solutions available. Prior to being Chief Sales Officer, Dawn was Senior Vice President of Sales for TruBridge. She attended The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota.
Kevin joined CPSI in July 2019 when CPSI acquired Get Real Health. He was the General Counsel at Get Real Health since 2013 and since 2019, Corporate Counsel at CPSI. In 2022, Kevin became General Counsel of CPSI. In addition, he is very active in his community. Kevin was appointed by the Maryland Secretary of Transportation to serve as chairman on the Citizens Committee for the Enhancement of Communities Surrounding Baltimore-Washington International Airport, and has been elected by his community to sit on the Executive Board of Linthicum-Shipley Improvement Association. He also volunteers with Catholic Charities, providing pro bono legal advice and representation to unaccompanied immigrant children in the United States. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University in Philadelphia.
